every rider must complete a waiver
prior to signing up
(only needed 1 time per season)
We will be using WaiverSign again this season.
It is required to be done, I do not have paper waivers any longer.
Please only complete it ONE time from Nov 1 to Oct 31.
Upon completion you will receive an email from “WaiverSign” you must present this email each time at sign up.
THE DOWNLOAD BELOW IS ONLY REQUIRED & MUST BE COMPLETED IF YOU ARE BRINGING A MINOR THAT IS NOT YOUR BIOLOGICAL CHILD & THE FOLLOWING SIGN UP RULES ALSO APPLY TO YOU.
Please Have with You For Sign Up:
1) The Printed Notarized Parental Consent Form
2) The Adult named on the Form as the Guardian
3) The completed Electronic CHILD Waiver on Your Phone which can be found and the link below “Electronic Child Waiver”
